I made some purchases so I could pass a level & I didn’t didn’t get everything it showed ?

I purchasedl gold bars and boosters it showed to be able to pass level but I didn’t get the boosters with the gold bars and happen a couple of times and was unable to complete level because of it. Who can check this and replace and reset that level so I don’t lose my progress or give refund but would rather discuss the first solution rather than the later one. Thank you
