I was playing level 7340 when all of the sudden, a lot of striped candies went off freezing my game and I had to close the app and lost my streak :(

Thank you for the feedback .unfortunately if you lose a level then we have to start from the beginning again or If you lose a level, while you're on a streak, you can choose to continue to play the level (and thus keep your streak) or to leave the level and lose your streak and associated rewards from the candy necklace.
