I contacted support through the game, but I only received a generalized automatic response, they didn't even analyze the specific situation of my account... Today the CCS application was updated but I still don't have visible Allstars... Anyway, I'm already aware that it was a year of accumulating boosters and gold for nothing. How embarrassing.
I am in the same situation as @GiggzZz - contacted support, received an automatic generalized response - had an apparent update of the app, but still no visible All Stars.
@GiggzZz I am so sorry for you. I am a bit sad about not being included, but I didn't spend the whole year preparing for it like you did. I really hope you are included in the actual tournament.
