I cannot update today's new levels for my laptop 12/03/2025

I cannot update the new levels today. I go into Microsoft Store, downloads, and when I see CC it says modified a moment ago, but it hasn't. Can anyone help me please? I actually logged out and back in again. This is for my laptop
