That page only lists community members who applied for the badge. It doesn't include everyone who reached the milestone. To appear there, you must post a screenshot showing where you are on the map in the thread that I will link below.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
