1. What is the Candy Crush All Stars Tournament?

The Candy Crush All Stars Tournament is an annual in-game competition where players from around the world compete by collecting special All Stars Candies. Participants aim to climb leaderboards and progress through various stages for a chance to reach the Live Final and win incredible prizes.

2. Who can participate in the tournament?

To be eligible, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.
Have reached at least Level 5 in Candy Crush Saga.
Reside in one of the participating countries: United Kingdom, United States of America, Brazil, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway, Denmark, Austria, Ireland, Finland, Poland, Romania, Czechia, Greece, Portugal, Argentina, and Chile.

3. How do I join the tournament?

If you meet the eligibility criteria, simply open Candy Crush Saga during the tournament period. The event will appear automatically in your game, and you can start participating by collecting All Stars Candies.

4. What are the stages and key dates of the tournament?

The tournament consists of multiple stages:

Hype Phase: March 13 - March 20
Qualifiers: March 20 - March 27
First Knockouts: March 27 - March 31
Second Chance 1: March 31 - April 3
Second Knockouts: April 3 - April 7
Second Chance 2: April 7 - April 10
Final Knockouts:
- Round 1: April 10 - April 14
- Round 2: April 17 - April 21
- Round 3: April 21 - April 27

5. What can I win?

Prizes include in-game boosters, Gold Bars, and exclusive rewards throughout the tournament, and a chance to participate in the Live Final.

6. How does the tournament work?

Players collect All Stars Candies during each stage to climb their respective leaderboards. Top performers in each stage advance to subsequent rounds, culminating in the Final Knockouts.

📌 I don’t want my activity to show on the leaderboard

Leaderboards are an essential part of the tournament experience, allowing players to track their progress and compete fairly. Only essential game-related details will be displayed.

If you have any concerns, feel free to share your feedback, and we’ll make sure to pass it on to the team!

📌 I lost access to the event while traveling to a different country

To participate in Candy Crush All Stars 2025, players must be physically present in a participating country for the entire duration of the tournament. If you travel to a country where the event is not available, you may lose access.

We understand this may be frustrating, but don’t worry—there will be more exciting tournaments in the future!

📌 I opted out of the tournament but want to participate again

If you opted out but want to rejoin before Second Chance 2, follow these steps:
Go to your ‘Events’ tab
Locate the Candy Crush All Stars event
Tap on it and accept the Terms & Conditions

You’ll be back in at the next available stage!

Please note! After Second Chance 2: Unfortunately, once this stage has passed, there is no way to rejoin the tournament for this year. But don’t worry, more competitions will come!

📌 I opted in but would like to opt out now

Once you've opted into All Stars 2025, your participation cannot be reversed. If you don’t want to play, simply ignore the event pop-ups and continue enjoying other fun activities in the game.

📌 Why do I see a score limit on my game?

To keep Candy Crush All Stars fair, there is a limit to how many All Stars Candies you can collect in a single run. Once you hit the limit, any extra candies won’t count, but you can start earning points again right away in your next round!

This keeps the competition balanced and fair for everyone. Keep playing and enjoy the fun!

Why can't I see the All Stars event in my game?

If you were playing the Candy Crush All Stars event and suddenly can’t find it in your game, don’t worry! Here are a few things to check:

Check your internet connection

You might be playing offline. Make sure you're connected to the internet and logged into your account. If the event doesn’t appear right away, try playing 1–2 levels and return to the map to refresh the game.

Are you using the right account?

If someone else has logged into their account on your device, you may not see your event progress. Double-check by logging out and signing back in with your own account.

Your current level may not have purple candies

The event starts when you play a level with purple candies. If your level doesn’t have them, you won’t be added to the leaderboard just yet. Keep playing, and you’ll see the leaderboard as soon as you reach a level with purple candies!

Ongoing game updates and testing

Special events like All Stars are bonus features that the studio tweaks and improves regularly. Sometimes, these features may temporarily disappear during testing or scheduled maintenance—but don’t worry, they’ll be back!

Check your device’s date settings

If your device’s clock is set outside of March 20 – April 27, the game won’t recognize you as part of the event. Instead of purple candies, you’ll see stars and won’t be able to access the All Stars leaderboard. Make sure your date and time settings are correct!

The event may have ended

All events are time-limited, and the timer is always visible. If you don’t see the event anymore, it may have simply run out. Time flies when you're crushing it!

I’ve Never Seen the All Stars Event!

Not all players will have access to every event. We always try to include as many players as possible, but sometimes, events are limited.

The Candy Crush All Stars event is only available in select countries:
United Kingdom / United States / Brazil / Canada / Germany / France / Italy / Netherlands / Spain / Sweden / Switzerland / Norway / Denmark / Austria / Ireland / Finland / Poland / Romania / Czechia / Greece / Portugal / Chile / Argentina.

We understand it can be frustrating to miss out on All Stars, but don’t worry! Candy Crush Saga is packed with exciting events, and you might have access to something others don’t. Keep an eye on updates so you never miss out on the latest levels and features! 🎉

How are players going to compete in the Finals?

For now, the Finals and how players will compete in it are being kept a secret in the Candy Kingdom in order to keep things fair and exciting for all players competing. Therefore we are unable to share more info at the moment, but we hope that you will continue to enjoy the All Stars hype and all the fun in store.
