Used Google points and didn't receive it in game

I had over a 1000 points on Google so I decided to use it to buy the 19.99 bundle on candy crush saga. The game wasn't loading after I purchased. So I closed out and came back and they never gave me my bundle. But Google says that I used the 1000 points. So who do I talk to for a refund??

As you can see in the image, I used my points.

Here's what it looks like in game. Only 53 gold? Where's my 100 extra plus and the boosters I'm supposed to receive and play time?? Like that was a waste of my points that took me time to even gather.
