If you are in Cameroon, then yes this is to be expected. All Stars will not load for players in countries in Africa as none are on the list of participating countries. The terms and conditions state that you have to be present in one of the participating countries for the event to load. I am sorry by you cannot participate.
I initially played well in the event at the beginning until I passed the pre-heating phase, but since yesterday the event has disappeared and it's supposed to start at 2:00 PM today, Is this normal? N.B: I am in Cameroon.
