Are you playing Candy Crush Saga and purchased Gold bars from your Piggy bank?
You can try to close the game - remove it from "recently used Apps" - and restart the game again! But, if you have a secondary device, you can check on it if the purchase is successful or not, then try to close the game on your main device🤔
