I understand your disappointment at not being able to participate in Candy Crush All Stars. Firstly, please note All Stars will only be available in the following countries: United Kingdom, United States of America, Brazil, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway, Denmark, Austria, Ireland, Finland, Poland, Romania, Czechia, Greece, Portugal, Argentina and Chile. If you are not resident in one of these countries, you will be unable to participate.
Secondly, as with all special events we run in our games, a small portion of players may not have access to them. We always try to include as many players, although this isnāt always possible.
We appreciate it may be frustrating not to be able to take part in the All Stars event. It's likely that you'll have access to something that other players don't. Keep an eye out for the latest updates to the game to ensure you benefit from all the new levels and features that we release on a regular basis!

Hi, My mother is a massive Candy Crush fan so I thought I'd buy her some gold bars for Xmas. I just assumed (silly me) that there would be a sort of code thing I could input on the options screen. No. How do I go about sending her these points/gold bars.
why are ads not working. After failing a level, it will not let me watch an ad in order to get additional moves
