I got my very first Candy Royale the other day and I have been at the end of the map for years, it obviously has something to do with all platforms being released together! Anything that lets you compete for gold is OK in my book.
@Boybinary I think the main reason people complain is the animations between levels? They are a little annoying. But of course with the huge reward from a typical Candy Royale, it's my favorite kind of event, so I'm very happy to endure the minor annoyance of the animations to get all the gold bars. Another reason people complain is probably because it feels bad for those who don't play for win streaks, since they always lose it. But I've had quite a few Candy Royales where I've won hundreds of gold bars, including one where I won 500, so I absolutely love it. I'm sad that I haven't seen a Candy Royale in several months now, since a few weeks before I hit the end of the map.
I don't understand why you would care? just don't play and you won't get the reward if you don't want to participate?
