can some one tell me why the all stars contest just doesn’t show up for me I started playing I passed level 5 kept playing nothing went on my 6 year old daughters tablet who plays once and a while beat level 8 for her and then it popped up for her I deleted it reinstalled it lost half the stuff I earned and still nothing went to this page signed up thinking it might help and still nothing I’m at level 90 something and just give up I started playing to try my luck at the contest and I can’t even get the option

Hey There @ryanohh33

One of the Community Managers or Moderators will be able to help you but you will need to let them know which King Game (in case there are other all star contests) and also what device you are using and/or platform. I play Friends Saga and Blossom Blast on a Win 11 Desktop and we've had all sort of issues with the last update, so I have no competitions or events in CCFS. But we're hopeful a fix will be here soon.

Also, I don't know where you are playing from but I'm in Australia and many of our Community players are in the Northern Hemisphere so I'm often out of synch with what's going on in that regard.

But rest assured, someone will help you out as soon as they can

I’m trying to join the candy crush all stars event and I’m playing on my iPhone and no one seems to have a clue y I can’t join or why the event doesn’t show up for me

that would be great but no one has done anything to help me at this point I’m days behind everyone that got the chance to start and my opportunity to even try to and compete to win something that could change a life is out the window pretty sad about it it’s also messed up you can’t just contact some one that works for them and have the issue resolved kinda crazy to me
