Candy Crush Saga crashing/freezing the past couple weeks constantly. Using android. Everything is updated, cleared cache. What's going on? Am losing levels and lives that should be won.

Not getting a response and still happening. Losing lives, special boosters, boosters, streak bags, losing events because I have to start over. Will freeze, go to orange King screen then crash.
Still happening and others seem to be having the same issue.
hello. I am having the same issue. Complete levels, sometimes using items and coins but then game/app closes down. When reopen app I have to re-re-do the level again with lives, boosters and coins used. How can I resolve the issue?
