I am so angry I am a gamer new to this game and all that I have experienced so far is a frozen screen and loss of Goldbars lost of flying disks. I have emailed to no avail a valid response. Annoyed gamer

I am having the same problem. I've lost about 30 gold bars today with no extra moves for them. Oh well, I'm high enough in the tournament that I should make the next round, but I'm angry at the waste of money!!
Lol it wasn't obvious. I know that feature and I've got it too. But in this case the board wasn't cleared much and made it seem like freshly started with 85 moves.
When someone play a new level (without winning) several times, the 10 moves for 10 gold bars gets changed. And then it changes into huge amount of moves for 10 gold bars.
And my point was not that, if you have read the post correctly, that person says game getting "frozen". Well if it's freezing that means you can't move any candies, your moves will never be reduced to 0. Then how is this possible? Actually something different is happening with that player.
Isn't that obvious @SH24 ??? I am baffled you are asking this since the player stated that they had paid for extra moves:
After failing a level the game will offer players +5 extra moves, after the second fail +10 extra moves and then after each failed attempt the game offers increasing numbers of extra additional moves up to a whopping +255 extra moves for the price of 10 gold bars. Is your Candy Crush game any different? There are a few players who do not see this feature in their games, but the vast majority of us do.

Yes, it is clear that Candy Crush uses a surprisingly large amount of memory for such a simple game. It should be reworked to be more efficient, but it appears they are unwilling or unable to do that.
Same issue happens to me in Jelly saga. I said about this before. But these stupid community moderators/game team doesn't even care.
I play plenty of other games that don’t freeze! I have sufficient storage, this game is a joke!
Sometimes it's because of the device you are playing. King's stupid algorithm won't fit for some devices. Do you have any other devices to play? Try on another device

Same Here, am on level 14,989 and started freezing and crashing constantly a couple weeks ago. Losing boosters, lives and playing same levels over. I am getting zero response.

BOOSTERS are NICE. They help you GET OUT of TIGHT SITUATIONS but sometimes when you are OUT OF MOVES, they won't do you any good. How about making 15 EXTRA-MOVES permanent in the DAILY BOOSTER WHEEL?
