The final knockout rounds do not start until April 10th and this is when the eligibility forms will be sent out at the earliest. You are very early to think about this phase of the competition! We are currently still playing qualifier rounds.
Please note that although King pay for flights and accommodation they will not arrange for or pay a visa for you and they will only invite players to the live finals who fulfil US immigration requirements.

If I remember correctly, players will be receiving the form once the "Knock out" rounds start! And yes! The trip and the accommodation charges will be paid by King team for the finalists👍️
