I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with smshing this white block. It looks you are referring to the multi-layered frosting. Please note that you only have to make matches next to it which may require several ones to clear them.
However be aware that there is also a crystal candy on top of them in this level which you will need to clear first by making matches under the crystal candies.
