In this level all candles not clearing, candle having devil eye shape not cleared inspite of hundreds of hits, it is having bug, pl clear the same or change the level game itself

Hello @sudhakarap Thank you for posting the screenshot which is very helpful! The "candle" is a frog. The order of "3" means we need to move the frog three times. To move the frog you must feed it first until it glows and is fat, just like in your picture. Then tap on the frog and tap on a different place to move the frog there. It will change colour and need feeding again. Use the colour bombs that drop from the dispensers to feed the frog: Hit a colour bomb into any candy the same colour as the frog. This will feed the frog so it glows. Then move it again. If you move it three times you will have passed this level.

What do you mean by "candle having devil eye shape"? Can you post a screenshot?
