I live in Canada and have qualified for stage 3.
I will be in Mexico until April 8.
Am I able to participate in Stage 3 - 2nd chance round 2 (Apr 9-10) only , or do I have to do round 1(Apr 7-8) and round 2 (Apr 9-10)?

No one can compete in the final knockout rounds while on holiday, wherever you go. That would be one sad holiday, non-stop crushing candies for hours on end. Enjoy your holiday!
I have same problem and going on holidays to county which is not part of participating countries. I am not sure what I can do?
Officially King state that you have to be present in a participating country during the entire duration of the tournament. Personally I cannot see how King can know where you are if we do not open the app. You could maybe turn off location services or leave the device at home. If you do not participate in the round starting tomorrow and do not log into the app at all I think there may be a chance that you will get invited to participate in the last second chance round after returning home. But there is no way of knowing for sure.
