I am sorry to hear that you lost your game level progress!
Did you make sure that you are logged into your game with the account (Facebook or King) you have used before? Because, if we are logged out of the game, the game thinks us as a new player and starts from level # 1 with 0 Gold bars!!
If you did log in but, still cannot find your game progress, you will have to contact King Player Support team. Let me know if you need assistance to do that!

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
