Hi I'm new here

Made it to the 2nd knockouts was 2nd got the reward was so excited but for some reason they did not advance me to the finals .I really don't understand why please if anyone can explain it to me I would be so grateful. I'm really so disappointed because I worked so hard

I'm happy to for anyone and everyone who wins anything or gets to the final! 😊 I'm just mad that for whatever ridiculous, totally irrational and counterproductive reason, King took away a bunch of stuff that people also love to play. Stuff that has absolutely nothing to do with anything in the game. But best of luck to all! 😊

I don't know and I don't care. Obviously once the final knockout phase starts I'll only be able to play one game, I'm not superwoman after all. So I don't really think it matters if I have two game starting the round. There's only one of me able to compete so I'll abandon the test game.

Well @Aries2020 Judging by what I read here in this community there are thousands of players who think they stand a chance to be one of the 10 players who make it to finals, which are incidentally not being held in London this year (I wish they were for in that case I'd actually be able to attend if I should make it to the final 10…) but sadly in the USA. As there are thousands who think they will be in the final 10 I would think that their chances of getting there are abysmally small.

Anyone who hasn't read and understood the Terms and Conditions doesn't stand a chance of getting to the live finals.

So anyone reading this and thinking they stand a chance to get to the final 10:

Oh come on guys.... Realistically, how many of us are actually going to go to the final? In London, is it? Seriously. How many of us actually plan or are able to go to this thing? And those who do, what are the chances of winning? Exactly.... ☺️ This is why I ask - what exactly does this Allstars thing actually give us? Nothing usable. This is just bad strategy and bad marketing on King's part.... ☺️ As a marketing professional, I can say that. They want people to continue playing this game, meaning, spend money, but they increase the prices of the most valuable, most used and needed boosters to such an extent, that this game has become unaffordable AND they take away our opportunity to win more gold bars by removing Elite Candy Royale. All in hopes of.... Us continuing to play this game. Seem funny to anyone else? No? Just me? Ok.

I won the Pins event and got none of the prizes
not sure how you get technical health but I won the pin event today. It says I won but I got none of the prizes which is supposed to be 120 gold bars and various boosters. How do I get help to fix this? This is a large loss in the game!
