Help! Is level 9572 even possible to pass? It's a nightmare

I managed to pass it, somehow, but I agree about it being a nightmare as its heavily based on luck. The game must give you a way to get rid of the skulls quickly and then provide you with combos to hit the shells and/or chances to feed the frog.

Start off by making a wrapped candy, then another one to collect the key quickly. Once you have removed the skulls, try using the frog to open a pair of licorice shells next to each other. If you succeed, use a double color bomb combo to open more shells, and so on. If two bombs fall apart and you're unable to match them, use one bomb to feed the frog and hit other shells; make a combo with a color bomb if you have a chance right away, but if not, don't spend too much time trying to setup a combo because you don't have enough moves to afford it. Fish won't aid you with the shells; they'll focus on the bombs.

The best way to tackle this level is probably my making many retries when you have unlimited lives. If the game isn't allowing you to deal with the skulls early, quit and move on to the next attempt.

Don't put the frog on the conveyor belt, you'll get an oops!
