My All Stars hub keeps disappearing. I’ve tried all other efforts recommended on the platform (logging off, restarting phone, etc.) and none seem to work? What now? I’m losing precious time!

Did you mean the "Hub" icon on the game map OR the All Stars Tournament icon in your "Events" folder? Can you please clarify this for me?
To play/take part in the Tournament, you need the icon in Events folder - as that is where the candy we have collected will be counted! Whereas, the Hub icon is for informative purposes only! It's disappearance should not affect your participation🤔
