I need my gold bars to start working but I don't know how I can get them to work😐when I tap them to purchase something in the shop.. nothing happens.

Can you please tell me which device you are using? If using a mobile, did you make sure that your game App is updated to the latest version? Also, if you are using mobile data, please switch to Wi-Fi and see if that works!
