How would you solve this?

I play this game a lot (lvl 4700+), but something strange is happening , my money is being stolen, whenever I purchase - popup special purchases - I got nothing from the offer. Its annoying of how many times the same things happen

As if that it werent enough, taking away my 99+ pink Coconut Wheel that I have been collecting over the years.

And now you are taking my money without giving me back what ive purchased.

Gift card rewards
When the game loaded a pop up came up and said I’d won a reward of some boosters, it was followed with another pop-up saying I had won on 20 gold bars. I pressed claim for both but didn’t receive. Anybody know anything about these??
Why is it like this
I played more than 50 moves and the gane remained like this without dropping the last number till it ended
Connecting to services
The game frequently disconnects from the internet even though there's no problem and the speed is over 8 Mbps. The game disconnects to prevent me from spending gems or paying for ads. Please compensate me for my losses.
