@christinewupp Yup being told you and others was told old to play was the worst. I will be 75 this month and was 73 when I made it to finals. You know last year I did have some issues but even with those issues I bet we can take on beat any 30 year Olds. Amazing to hear that from a person.

@christinewupp I think king removed a lot of players from the game this year for odd reasons. Fair play this year was to remove those with to much gold. I'm sure other nonsense that was used also. I assume millions were removed giving those that would normally not make it to round 3 a chance. Doing this makes king look good in the end it's not a bad thing for them they probably made more money than ever.

Yes I think you are absolutely spot on with that @cookiemae . I do think that is exactly the reason why we are seeing so many minor complaints and weird accusations of cheating for reasons we have never heard of in previous years. There were some not so good players who made it a lot further in the competition than they would have done in previous years, so it gave these people a lot of false hope which was dashed in the last round and some may still be in it as well and get the shock of their lives in round 3.

The average age of the common candy crush player is over 40 and more than 50% are woman. I was part of King player survey meeting and they shared this information with me.

I really appreciate all the information you all are sharing and the advice from @Jumpery. As you can see I am new to this community but everyone seems very polite so far. I used most of my gold in the round 2 final knockouts. I was considering buying some for round 3. Is that frowned upon by the community or is that normal game play at this point in the competition. I want to make every effort to win but I want to do it with respect to what the other players in the community see as fair and respectable game play.
