That's a good way to play @Hulder and of course it's possible to score this much using this method. Well done and good luck!
As I always tell anyone who thinks they are up against a cheater: It is definitely possible to score as fast as 200,000 points per hour without using unfair methods, so you could score 2 million in ten hours.
However if anyone does this for more than 48 hours without sleeping I would think they must be sharing their account, which is not allowed.

It's 5 a.m. CST up here in central šØš¦, ehš„° It's been a while since I've played Candy Crush, but shortly after I woke up on MARCH 21, 2025 I saw one of your very first commercials about the 2025 Sugar Rush All Stars Tournament! WHAAATTTT?!?! I didn't even know Sugar Crush had tournaments like this!!! was a bit worried I didn't even qualify, let alone have a chance since I was already a day behind! But here I am...STILL in the race, giving it "everything I got" š„° (meaning I have placed FIRST on my LeaderBoard since the qualifiers began! I never realized just HOW competitive I really am until I started this tournament, but the absolute worst place for me to be (besides last) is 2MD PLACE!(childhood trauma of always competing with my sister. Guess who always ended up in 2nd place?!? MOI!). But NOT this timeš at least for now.
I've made A LOT of mistakes along the way and have learned much from them. I'm really enjoying myself & hope that my competitive streak hangs in there a bit longer. Can't wait for the next break so I can FINALLY get more than 3hrs sleepš„±

how do you get so many gold bars? i have been playing since 2012 and i have never gotten so many gold bars.

I read in the rules that there will be 10 finalists. But do you think the third and final round will only consist of 10 groups? Do you think if I were to arrive first in my group I would automatically be qualified or would there be a possibility that even though I arrived first I would not be chosen among the 10 finalists?

@christinewupp Nice to see that your main game is going so well - it's great when stage 4 is relatively easy like that. Keep your eye on the board and make sure you stay out of reach about like you are; most likely everyone else will give up and you will have it all to yourself while still growing gold. That's what my stage 4 was like last year.
Here's hoping you can win stage 4 with both of your games!

It's my understanding that The 10 individual finalists will 'duke it out' in Las Angeles in June.
I am, however, interested to know how many players are still currently playing in this 1st( of 3) rounds?
My LeaderBoard has 20 players & the competition is pretty fierceš„“(started off pretty far behind, but after much hard work & diligence (and playing smarter,instead of harder), I'm finally back in top spot & hanging in thereš„°.

I saved up since All Stars 2024. I started this game in May, just after the last All Stars ready to compete this year. I used no cheats (even though I know a lot of them!) whatsoever in this account not even to get lives (I made community friends instead, some of whom are always supporting me with lives). But I did play slowly, between 1 and 2 episodes max per day. That way I got all the best events and it's easier to make gold.

We reckon that including all the players on our leaderboards right now there are about one million players still in the competition @LadyChickadee . Once this round is ended that will reduce by a factor of 20, since only the winner go through to the next round.
Yes, there will be 10 groups in Final Knockout Round 3.
The winners will get checked out by King to see if they used any "unfair play" and also if they have valid travel documents and will be free to travel to the live finals. So it is not automatic that the winners of the last 10 groups will go to the live finals. King may choose another player from the last groups but it will be one player per leaderboard.

Thanks Cristina for the answer. I have one last question: according to the statistics, how many points will be needed to qualify for the live final? I am obviously talking about the third and final round. Sorry for my language but I am Italian.

@cafettiere If we assume 180,000 purple candies per hour for the full 24 hours, that would be about 4.3 million points. @morganleeoregon has said that this should be sufficient to win, but I still have suspicion that 200,000 points per hour might be sustainable; in that case it would be more like 4.8 million points. In any event, it would seem likely that the number necessary to qualify will be somewhere over 4 million points in the 24 hours of stage 6.
