How do I know if I am in the knockout rounds and also how can I tell my status or place in this tournament?
If you don't see a leaderboard then you are not in the tournament. The final knockout rounds have started and all players will see a leaderboard as soon as they pass one level. If you don't then you are no longer in the competition.

Please have a look at the "Events" tab at the bottom of the game map as, across the various stages of the All Stars tournament, a card of the event will be there with the info about the current status of the competition.
If you have qualified, then you should see a banner that indicates the time remaining until the next round starts or any ongoing round.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
