In years of playing this game, I've only ever won the Booster Wheel Star prize once. Is that normal? Even when it seems the wheel will stop on the star it always manages to move past it or stop just before it. Anyone else?

Do the blue candies exploded from leftover moves count towards the total blue candies for that round? Or do they only count the ones during regular game play? I don't know if I should be focusing on getting through levels quickly or trying to use all my moves on each level.ā¦
