Just an observation that may shed light on players at lower levels. I'm at level 3201 and not even in the running on my leaderboard. In the earlier rounds I was scoring about 50k per hour. Knowing that I'm out of the running, and seeing all the posts about 200k per hour, I decided to test myself. This morning I had 60min of free color bomb plus got the super color bomb. I cleared 3 episodes in 1 hour keeping track of my score. Although I felt like I was zipping through levels I only scored 137,100 in 1 hour. I'm wondering if there are more purple as you progress to higher levels? I was very careful to get as many purple as I could and not just clear levels. I honestly believe that was as much points as I could score. I don't know how anyone could do 200k but that's just me.

Same for me. Player who plays since 2025 is number one with more than 3M points.

Does anyone know how many people in total are palying? I am curious to know how many people are playing as I have 50 people in my group and it is difficult to say who is a real player and who is not.

I agree with you, during the knockouts last weekend I played as much as I could without buying any boosters just the ones I had accumulated and I had to wait for lives now and again. I won my group on just over a million points, that was over the whole weekend, so for someone to be topping my group right now with over 5 million points and still nearly 40 hours to go is just not right. King should replay this whole knockout round and closely look at each group!!!!

Just to be clear, I'm not suggesting that people are always cheating when they score that high. Clearly they have a better strategy, better gold/boosters and more time to play than I do. I've seen numerous experienced players talking about how it's possible to do 200k per hour and I believe them. I'm just saying that I don't know how they do it. The only thing I can think of is the level(s) they are on have more purple than the lower ones that I'm on. I've followed the strategies that have been explained on the board and I can't even come close to 200k and wouldn't have even gotten the 137k without the super color bomb.
