Cheating in All Star Tournament (2025)

I am currently playing All Star Tournament 2025 - Final Knockout round 2. Currently, I am in the second position. However, the person in the top position seems to play continuously for over 36 hours without breaks which is highly unrealistic for a single individual. It looks like the account is used by multiple players to continue playing. I believe this is cheating and unfair for others. My question is how "King's policy" would identify this kind of cheating. Is it even allowed in a "fair" game?

@babyv1225 Hi I was just wondering what you would tell the bank or PayPal to try and a refund? Did you not get what you paid for? Just wondering.

I kept playing, just in case King decided to disqualify people that were playing on teams or playing an inhumanly possible amount of time (96 hours LOL), but I did stop spending money. I came in second but it would have been impossible to catch up to his/her score since I slept.

I requested refunds on what I spent from Google play but they denied my request. I suppose I will file a claim with Paypal and my bank on what I spent but doubtful I will get my money back.

Exactly! I have received the same "Generic" email from them.

"I know they played continuously because their score would be much much higher when I would wake up." - I have experienced the same! I slept at 1am and woke up at 6am. The person was around 200,000 behind me and when I woke up S/he was 300,000 ahead of me. The person was playing in the same TimeZone as me. It a common sense how it would be possible (Team playing). I continued to play until that evening but that person did not stop for even an hour. I decided to give up since it was not possible to play continuously as I was playing on my own.

The same thing happened on my player board as well. The person in first played the entire 96 hours. The first 36 hours he/she did not stop at all. Then they would stop every hour and get back on. It was obvious the unlimited lives ran out and he/she was letting lives reset. I know they played continuously because their score would be much much higher when I would wake up. I reported it to King and they emailed me back generic emails. I would respond to the emails and the final email from King stated they could not discuss the issue with me any further. I will not play this All stars again as they allow team playing for some but not for others.

Thank you for the feedback. King does not condone cheating and their team is always working on improving the games and finding ways to stop such behavior. If our in-game cheater detection system detects suspect game play, they will investigate it further. If cheating has occurred the player will be suspended.

cela fait très très longtemps que je suis sur cette partie que je n’arrive pas à passer, vous m’avez déjà donné des vies illimitées, enfin pdt 1 h, mais ça ne m’aide pas du tout, il faudrait pleins de combos pour achever les derniers carreaux qui restent
