Hello, I am requesting a refund for recent in-app purchases tied to the Candy Crush All Stars tournament.
I participated in good faith under the belief it was a skill-based competition. However, after spending nearly $4,000, I discovered that top competitors are advancing purely through excessive purchases—automating wins with paid boosters and fireballs.
This completely removes fair competition. I did not receive the value expected from these purchases and feel deceived by the pay-to-win nature of the event.
I request a full refund on the basis of receiving misleading value in a rigged competitive environment.
There are different strategies to play and a lot depends on experience as well. I do think it is possible for anyone to score 160,000 purple in one hour's play if they have enough boosters and especially if they have the super colour bomb enabled.
This would be my suggested strategy: Play starting boosters for every level. If the colour bombs are side by side then strike them together, if they are close together use a hand switch to bring them together. If the colour bombs are not close enough use them to make a combo with stripe or wrapped candy. If this is not possible make the move the game suggests. If the board does not break up in the first three moves play a party popper. This strategy usually works for me for levels 1-10,000. Make combos of special candies for as long as you can and usually the board finishes by itself with moves to spare before long. As soon as you see "skip" skip through all the animations and play the next level. It does take some experience to recognise the patterns quickly enough and of course it does take a lot of boosters (bought with gold or money or saved up over months) to play at this speed.
There were millions of players in All Stars and the best one thousand that are now leading their groups will all be this good because that is the nature of any knockout competition: It gets tougher and tougher with stronger and stronger opponents the nearer we get to the end.

Top players can get 200.000 purple candies in an hour. 3.196.000 candies would be 16 hours on top speed. One and a half day is 36 hours and to reach the score the player would've only needed around 88.777 purple candies per hour. Given the 30x multiplier on new levels, that's not an unsusual score. Not at all.

Yes, that score is entirely possible and expected in this stage of the tournament.
