I'm really sorry to hear some of you didn’t receive the Grand Prize as expected. Since we can’t access player accounts or deliver rewards directly from the Community, the best next step is to reach out to our Support team, who will be able to take a closer look and help you out.

Here’s how to contact Support:

Open the game
Tap the gear icon (⚙️) to open Settings
Tap the question mark (?) Help Center
Choose a topic like “Rewards or Prizes” and scroll to the bottom
Tap “Contact Us” and explain your issue.

Note! If you get an auto reply, please reply back to it and add more information and include any screenshots if you have. Let them know you completed the collection and didn’t receive your rewards!

I too have completed this and have no grand prize…..

I also finished all of the sets to complete the tasks and all I got was one party booster, none of the other boosters or gold bars.

@QueenB I also never got any of the boosters or the gold bars. My screen reads: Congratulations You finished all the sets. New ones are coming soon. My Candy Crush ID is 1650192175.
