Purchasing connection issues

Hi,

I have trouble to purchase any of packages in shop. It says "Due to connection issuee, we couldn't verify your transaction. We 'll try to verify it's status, and let you know when connection is restored"

I never encountered this before, my purchases had always been succesful.

Before this happened, i try to change my payment method, but didn't complete because I changed my mind to choose another packages.

After that, the issues happened.

Pls fix this. Because of this i lose my 720+ winning streak, that's why i always bought gold in order to continue finish the level. I am legit player, and always purchasing through legal method.

Can you please clarify something for me? Are you experiencing this "connection issue" only when trying to make a purchase? How about other features and/or events of the game? Do you receive reward from Episode Race, Season Pass, etc., without any issues?

Which device are you using to play the game? Can you provide a screenshot of the error message you receive when you try to make a purchase?
