I can’t find an email to send this to so hopefully I can be helped here or directed to somebody who I should be sending this to.
Suddenly- something happened to my season pass. I had finished all levels and upgraded and used all the goodies. But not all of my grand treats points.
Suddenly today- it looks like I haven’t passed any levels, even gives me the unlock tier button and my grand treats are gone and doesn’t let me even access.
I know I still had all of today to use them. And even my timer shows there’s still over 13 hours of this season pass!
What has happened? How do I get my grand treats points back?
