I am trying to reset my password, and it says it sent it to my email, but there is nothing ever sent

I got a new device and downloaded the game, I forgot my password. I am on level 2675 and when I download the game it starts me on level one. I forgot my password as I never log out on my old tablet. And I try to get them to send me an email to reset my password, nothing gets sent to my email. I have tried like 10 times and I am afraid to log out on my old tablet fearing I will lose everything. HELP!!!

I have tried everything and have contacted support. Nothing so far and I cannot get into my game on my new tablet without the passward. And I do not have my password and the reset my password does not work to send it to my email, Someone please help me!!!

Hi @NadiaGennings That's strange, it should normally work.
Please do the following on your old device:

Open the app, but don't click on Play.
You'll see a gear in the bottom left corner. Tap it, then "Account and Help," then "Help Center," and select the "My Game Progress" menu.
A submenu will address the topic "How can I restore my levels?"

Read the tips, and if you get stuck, scroll all the way down and use the contact support button. Describe as precisely as possible that you tried to reset your password but didn't receive an email. Ask support to send you a link for a new password.

Yes, this is the only email I use. I believe that link is broken because I have contacted King.com and they have replied to a different problem to the same email, yet when I click the link to reset my password, I get no email from the link.

Credit Karma repeatedly brings me to their website when I try to close their ads. It is so frustrating that I log out of Candy Crush and stop playing. Theirs is the only ad that does this.
