Refunds should always be requested from the company that holds your payment details, such as Apple or Google. King can't give refunds because they don't have your payment details. But Apple will definitely refund for purchases that were made fraudulently or purchases for items you did not receive.

They charged me for items I didn’t order when I tried to get a refund all I got was excuse and more excuses never did get a refund
