Temu Ads

Like many others, some of the Temu ads are taking me out of the game and therefore I am losing all my progress on levels, wonderballs, rocket rush etc. and have to start from scratch. I am now finding this really frustrating. Is there anything I can do before I stop playing altogether.

I am restricted and playing candy crush lite version due to rules and regulations I do not know why ?
Level 10054
Level 10054 is impossible to pass because the 4th required Dragon does not drop, I have used many booster and bombs and still have not cracked this level because the fourth and last required doesn't appear.

Got Booster Wheel Jackpot, But It Didn't Include the 15min UFO
I got the booster wheel spin jackpot today, and it looks like it's supposed to include everything that shows on the wheel. However, there was no 15 min unlimited UFO blaster (it showed it in the graphic showing you won the jackpot, but it was not in my boosters). Is this a known issue or just a one off glitch?
