I did a mistake in redeem my gift card The player's support team sent me a email and said, since I ask them twice to transfer my (116) gold bars to my Facebook account. They refuse to deal with me and sent the same wording with every email for a month. If you talk to others and tell them about my problems with gift card. Why are they punishing me or this common.
