Thank you for reporting , meanwhile the features might be temporarily unavailable as features come and go. They are not the permanent part of the game and can be replaced or unavailable at any time. Always keep your game up to date and hopefully it might returns to your game

In the meantime, please make sure your game is updated to the latest version and try restarting the app. If the Season Pass is still missing and you have made a purchase, feel free to reach out to our Player Support team directly from the game so they can check your account and advise on the next steps.

Season Pass has never been available on the Windows app nor on the Facebook.

Hi, I'm fine thanks. I play only on windows. I was always 2 weeks and ahead of mobile being at the top of the map. That was the reason king gave me for my lack of events. Now all the levels are the same I have been getting the episode race because they have enough recordings now since more people are at the end. I think now maybe I probably would get events but I complete all levels on day of release or the next day. I don't have the patience to wait a week or two. It really doesn't bother me cause I'm use to not having events but I have always just wanted the episode race the most. Now I have it so I'm a happy camper.

Umm i was about to ask this on Monday but i backed out at last moment thinking you may feel I'm nosy. On Monday I got top that, factory frenzy, friends challenge, all three together. Since you've mentioned here you don't get events i thought may be I can ask. ( I remember you saying you didn't get that volcanic eruption or sticky rewards event also)
You must have tried all options to get events in your game. But I wanted to know whether for a change you can try logging into another device and check you have events there . Why isn't support resolving your issue. What's stopping them.

Mine just disappeared as well. It seems that it disappeared when I updated to the latest version. I was already through half of it before it disappeared.
Yes. This has happened to me. I did not have it for 5 days. Later after 5 days it came back. I also posted here in community asking for help but that was during March.

my season pass also disappeared half game, purchased also the upgrade but haven’t downloaded yet. Also it’s not moving upwards despite winning levels
Same, and this is the 2nd time. I pay for the extra prizes too so I'm not happy. I guess I'll have to contact, again. Last time they said events update all the time to allow for new events and gave me some miscellaneous boosters. But, they can't take away something when you've paid for it!

Yeah, something's still wrong. I finished the season pass, closed the app, went to do something else, logged back in and my season pass progress was gone. Candy Crush needs to get it together. It's like glitch-central for the last weeks.
My game updates automatically. I'm so sick of CC constantly blaming us for their issues. Like it's our fault their stuff isn't working. My game is up to date, my android is up to date and season still gone. It stayed on my old android tablet but disappeared from all games on the brand new android tablet. Ridiculous.

Well, mine is not fixed. My app is up to date. I have passed SO many levels. I'm pretty frustrated at this point! I cant even access the Grand Treats because I can't "finish" the Season Pass or Golf Pass.
This is when I started tracking that I wasn't progressing towards finishing the Season Pass. This is where I am now.
That's SEVENTY THREE levels. Come on! Don't take my money and ignore me!
