Why am I unable to make any purchases that come out of my bank acc? Been playing this for years and this is the first time I've had this issue. Can anybody help me please?

Thank you for clarifying that you are playing on Chrome - Facebook browser version! Since you are not playing on App, you won't have a version!

Can you please explain a bit more about what's happening when you try to make a purchase? Do you see any error message? If so, can you provide a screenshot of it?
Also, can you tell us which device you are using and which version of the App do you have right now?
