I don't think they are gone forever. I have heard some people say they got them back. It varies on the time frame. A few people on a social media site said it was about a year. Recently one person said 4 months so you just need to wait.

Support cannot help this person with their issue. They either spent money or are in a group that's not getting ads at the present time. Once a player spends money on the game the ads are removed. Js
