There's no way I can get in touch with King. I just want to know why I don't get your messages. I need you to help me if any admin or moderator can. I just need to know what's going on.

I can't say who's going to the finals and who's not. The All Stars team will decide. As for the points and the constant monitoring you've given me, it seems fine to me, but if you ask the Candy Crush team, you'll know that the points aren't synchronized instantly, and I can tell you that I don't get 200,000 in 5 levels. In some easier levels, you can get a lot of points. You say that in the first two hours I wasn't in the top 6, and you're wrong about that. In the first hour, I was fighting for the top 3 because it was very early here. When it was afternoon here, in other countries, it was early morning. I don't know what else you want me to explain. Aside from the fact that everyone on my board at the end were 2024 or 2025 accounts.
Despite what I wrote above I did work out the hourly score on these screenshots to be 350,000 in that one hour from 10.58 to 11.59. This would of course be above the possible total hourly scoring rate if kept up for any length of time, but may be explained away as a one off by offline play. Only King can work this one out and I'm pretty sure that's what they do during the vetting process. I think it is a shame you joined our conversations so late and that you black out the boards like that. I don't trust complainants who refuse to show us who they themselves are.
As this year we have gathered all 10 final leaderboards here in the community it will be very interesting to see which players King have chosen for the live finals. Until we find this out there is probably no point trying to pinpoint any unfair strategy. Most of the group leaders used strategies other players would consider unfair. The question is what King would count as in breach of the Terms and Conditions. Hopefully we will soon find out.
How is that more than 300k behind 1st place? I don't get it. It looks like a mere 30k to me.

I also found it hard to make up ground in the first few hours @LNRV . I started off in 13th position even though I played full on from within seconds of the event starting. It took me hours to get to 7th position and then I was stuck in 7th place for hours. I ended up in 3rd place, and all of this was with a constant playing strategy and scoring method. I found that all the players on my board were very even and progressed at exactly the same rate for the first few hours. This is because all of the finalists were top players and all hoping to make it to the finals. So to be fair to Sergio not being in the top 6 in the first two hours means and proves nothing at all. Eventually some of those above me fatigued and/or gave up seeing that they could not catch up with the leaders, so I was able to get into the top 3.
I can see from your own black and white photo that the top six in your group were also extremely close scoring. This really does not prove anything. You should have taken the take to screenshot the entire leaderboard, not just the top 6.

Hello @LNRV I think that if Sergio has been contacted by King he now cannot answer your call here as he would have had to sign a non disclosure form which will forbid him from posting anything here.
Your question is not altogether clear to me. I had noticed that there was "play fair sergio" player on that board, was that you? Having blocked out the entire boards is both unnecessary and unhelpful. I might be able to have a go at analysing the boards but not if all the opponents are blacked out. I would need to see where the winner stands in relation to the others. After all this is a strategic competition and what others are scoring influences our own strategy.
I have been following Sergio’s case in comments here and he hasn’t responded if he got any contact from king being one of the winners. This made me think and went back because I was in his room. I have screenshots about this and I don’t know if I’m going to get any response from Sergio, but I want to ask you directly Sergio about your strategy in this competition, and I really want to know how did you made those points? I was analyzing the screenshots that I have because unfortunately I didn’t take more but I think this is enough information to see that you made between 350,000k and 400,000+ per hour. But you weren’t on the top 5 the first 5.5 hours, then you just appeared from nowhere on the 5th place, so I was wondering where were you the first 5.5 hours of the game? And why you didn’t start with your strategy right away? Anyway everything was ok but after 12 hours was where you started scoring those points that I mentioned between 350,000 to 400,000+ and that’s why I started taking screenshots because your strategy change? I don’t really understand why you didn’t play like this since the event started, so probably most of people in this room including me wouldn’t waste that money if I didn’t feel like I didn’t have the opportunity on the half of the game because I was on the top 5 at that point. But after the 12 hours you showed this inconsistency and took advantage, and then you played more relax because you knew that with 400k+ from 2nd placed you didn’t have real competition. I don’t know if the verification process already finish or not or if you got any contact with king, just if you played fair I would like to know how did you do it.

I’ve been trying to contact King Support using the official form from the website, as instructed in the automatic email I receive when writing to support emails. However, I never get a real response from the form — no ticket confirmation, no reply, nothing.
I’ve used different emails (Gmail and iCloud), tried from multiple devices and browsers, and nothing works.
Even Messenger sends me back to the broken form.
Can someone from the moderation team escalate this issue or help me directly?

I have already received the automated replies for both accounts, which are different accounts and email addresses. I did what I usually do: go via settings, then help centre, then scroll through the options until I see " contact us" at the bottom. When I click on this the form appears with my email already filled in at the top as the app has that information. Is this how you tried to contact player support? If so, check your spam folder and if there is nothing I would suggest you try again.
