Unable to purchase from the shop.

Hi King Support, until recently I have had no problems when purchasing from the shop. Now I just get the circle of dots going round and round and the dialog box is empty, just blank white. This goes on until I cancel the transaction. I have used another payment method and that worked fine but I only want to use the original one.
