Frozen screen

I play Candy Crush Soda Saga and am on 7,8XX level (not sure exactly). My screen froze the other day and I don’t know how to fix it. I don’t want to lose my progress.

If I delete the app and reinstall it, am I able to recover my progress because I have a King account? Please help 🙂

I play Candy Crush Soda Saga on my iPad. My user name is lisaann0826. I honestly have no idea if I have saved my progress and I can't get to the game to find out because my screen is locked. I have logged onto my account and still can't tell if I ever backed it up. Is there any way you can check for me? Do I have my progress backed up? Is there any way you can help me not lose my progress? Thank you!
