I’m a little frustrated right now… I had tons of duplicate pins for the event which is about to end and this evening I bought a whole bunch of the 80 spark chests which were each supposed to have at least one new pin in the 6 pack of pins. The very last 80 spark chest that I bought did NOT have a new pin in it and that would have been my last pin to complete the grand prize. Instead, I’m stuck with 134 out of 135 pins. Is there any way this can be addressed by the help desk? Again, very frustrated and would appreciate it if the help/support desk could make this right. I also just finished the existing game levels tonight so it’s not like I can even try to earn more pin packs another way. I’m not sure how to proceed from here. Thanks for any help you can provide.
