why I can’t see the draw with the 9 question marks box?

If you are then in my game the Sweet Cinema hasn't been '9 question marks' for quite some time now.
If you have just lost your old version of the Sweet Cinema then this could mean that you are about to receive the new version as when I received the new Sweet Cinema I lost the use of it for about a week.
Conversely it could just mean that you have lost the Sweet Cinema permanently as no feature should be considered a permanent part of your game.
Have you ever had ads in your game or have you never had them? If you've never had them, you need to wait and might just get them at some point. If you've had them at some point but not now: Have you purchased anything in-game like lives, moves, gold bars or boosters using real money or a giftcard before your ads were gone? If yes: your ads are gone. No one knows for how long. Sometimes forever, other people here got them back after half a year of not spending anything. If no: just wait. Some people got their ads back by waiting.
In any case: there is nothing you can actively do to get them (back).
