I am sorry to hear that you're not seeing your ranking anymore in a feature, and that you're not receiving lives.

Please note that special events are bonus features in the game and therefore not designed to be there permanently. However, when these events disappear before they should have, it's usually due to the following reasons:

• playing offline
• unstable internet connection
• logging out of or using different accounts
• using multiple devices

We are unable to add it back, however it's great to know your appreciation for this feature though, and I will pass your feedback on to our Designers back at the Studio.

Be sure to keep your app updated, and you’ll have loads of adventures ahead.

As for receiving fewer lives in your game! Let's try a few things to fix that:

1. Restart the Game: Sometimes, a quick restart can unfreeze those lives.
2. Check Your Connection: Make sure you have a stable internet connection, as a weak signal might cause issues with receiving and using lives.
3. Update the Game: Make sure your game is updated to the latest version, as updates often fix bugs.
4. Log Out and Back In: Try logging out of your account and then logging back in. This might refresh your game and fix the issue.

In the meantime, please keep requesting lives from your friends so your requests appear in their mailboxes.
