Was in the middle of a long streak, which i wasted coins to achieve, when next level started, every single booster was gone. The game didnt crash nor did i close it out.

No @buonomma King will not restore your lost Win Streak.
When you say the boosters were gone do you by any chance mean that the level wouldn't allow you to use boosters? Some levels don't allow the use of boosters and these prevent your Win Streak boosters from working but they reinstate them on the next level that allows the use of boosters.
