I am at levels 17765 and there are no more levels. When will there be new levels?

If you are using a device that uses an operating system that is android 5 or older then you won't be able to receive any new levels @georgipetrelli
If you are seeing no new levels after 17765, it means you must be running a version of the software that has not been upgraded. Go to your app download source and update Candy Crush Saga. The current top level is 19205, and it will probably increase to 19265 later today.
