This is not a problem Felixia it is normal behaviour for the game and adverts in particular.

None of the features you see in your game should be considered permanent as each and every feature of the game can be removed without notice.

This is especially true of adverts as they seem to come and go on a regular basis. I once lost my adverts for seven months before they reappeared.

If you have used real money to purchase something for your game then this is another reason for adverts to disappear. Once you purchase something adverts are removed from your game. You might get them back, but to do so means waiting for over six months without making another purchase. Even then you aren't guaranteed to get them back.
